GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

 Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK Law") defines personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") as the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") as having the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK Law.
Pursuant to Article 13/I of the KVKK Law, applications to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (''Board'').
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. For this reason, please notify us when there is a change in your personal data. Pursuant to the KVKK Law and related legislation;

- Learn whether personal data is processed or not,  

- Request details of the information we collect, 

- Learn the purpose for which this information is collected and how it is used, the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, or 

- In case of incomplete or incorrect processing, you may request their correction, updating or deletion if the reasons for their processing have disappeared, including notifications to third parties to whom they are transferred.

Within this framework, applications to be made to our Company "in writing" shall be made by printing out this form and writing "Personal Data Protection Law Information Request" on the envelope or on the subject;

-Applications can be made by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an electronic mail address previously notified to Unigo by the data subject and registered in the Unigo system.

* The application procedure has been determined as the "written" application channel in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law. If the Board determines other procedures, these will be announced to you by UNIGO. Your applications submitted to us will be answered "as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest" from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Law. The answers will be sent to you according to the procedure determined by the Board. In order for your request to be fully met, the information and documents requested in the form must be provided to us completely and accurately.
