("Unigo" and/or "Company") has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") in terms of personal data regarding customers, and with this Consent Text, in accordance with the said Law, It is aimed to obtain their explicit consent regarding the specified personal data processing activities.
In the following situations where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, explicit consent of customers must be obtained in order for Unigo to process personal data. Regarding processes that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Unigo E-Commerce Customer Information Text.

Within the scope of Execution of Marketing Processes of Products / Services, Execution of Advertising / Campaign / Promotion Processes, Execution of Activities for Customer Satisfaction, Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes, Conducting Marketing Analysis Studies, including the purposes of planning and execution of processes;

In this context, your contact information can be transferred to the domestic suppliers we work with.
